Royal Salute

On the nose, sweet pears and citrus fruits are balanced with the fragrance of autumn flowers. An elegant blend of vanilla and dry oak is crowned with subtle notes of sherry and just a wisp of smoke.

In the mouth, the welcome warmth of orange marmalade and fresh pears is followed by a brave explosion of spices and hazelnut.

This second edition sees a striking evolution of the concept of royal crowns, with two new interpretations reminiscent of Reed’s iconic headpieces.

Each crown takes a unique form, elegantly adorning the flagons with an intricate lace motif inspired by Reed’s demi-couture designs and exploring other facets of his captivating theatrical style.

NOSE

Aromas of stewed pears, summer berries, spiced orange, glazed cherries, red liquorice, fig jam, marzipan, cinnamon sweets and nutmeg spice.

A sublime expression of blended grain whisky with an elegant sweetness, the perfect accompaniment to fine cuisine and celebratory moments. The latest addition to Royal Salute’s Classic Blend’s Collection, The Blended Grain is masterfully crafted from the finest grain whiskies, each aged for a minimum of 21 years.

Nose
Initial fruity notes of orange peel, sweet white grapes and dark cherries, followed by apple strudel, peaches in syrup and subtle oak notes.

Palate
Ripe banana, red apples and gentle vanilla on a backdrop of zesty lemon sorbet, sweet marzipan and spicy toasted oak.

Finish
A sweet and slightly dry finish.
