The 2020 Ao Yun is a high-altitude Chinese red wine from the Shangri-La region, known for its complex blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Syrah, and Petit Verdot. It features a dark red, almost violet colour with a complex nose of dark fruit, spices, and tobacco, leading to an elegant, supple palate with silky tannins.
