The Macallan Harmony Collection No. 5 is a masterful single malt inspired by the character and complexity of JING’s Phoenix Honey Orchid tea, a celebrated variety known for its heady, dessert wine-like aromas.

The second release in the limited annual series continues to draw inspiration from our deep rooted connection to the natural world. Each release in the Collection unveils distinctive packaging that incorporates organic by-products and gives them new life.

This special single malt is inspired by the Ethiopian Arabica bean.

TIME : SPACE Mastery took inspiration from past whisky masters and the variety of different casks styles available to create layers of complexity with incredible depth of aroma, texture and flavour.

Macallan '25 Years Old' is an iconic whisky which received 100Pts from the Beverage Testing Institute in Chicago in the past and numerous gold medals. The Macallan Sherry Oak 25 years old forms part of our Sherry Oak range which features a series of single malt whiskies matured in hand-picked sherry seasoned oak casks from Jerez for richness and complexity.
