Glenfiddich 16 Year Old Aston Martin Formula One™ Team Limited Edition Release No.2 is a refined Speyside single malt created to celebrate the second year of Glenfiddich’s partnership with Aston Martin Formula One Team. Matured through the influence of five cask types — first-fill bourbon, Port, Oloroso sherry, wine and Fino sherry casks — it brings together layers of rich fruit, sweetness and elegant oak. Bottled at 43% ABV, this limited edition showcases Glenfiddich’s signature fruit-forward character with added depth and complexity.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Rich stewed fruits with delicate floral notes, followed by hints of marzipan and polished leather. A splash of water reveals fresher, ripe fruit aromas.
Palate: Mellow and silky smooth, with creamy buttery toffee, caramelised cane sugar and layers of ripe fruit. Dry oak tannins provide a refined counterbalance to the sweetness.
Finish: Long, smooth and warming, with lingering oaky sweetness and a subtle dry character.
